Transforming Goods Movement with Driverless Technology

Our core mission remains: to make operations safer and more efficient through autonomous solutions. EasyMile's technology continues to replace repetitive and often hazardous transport tasks - especially in industrial yards and airports - with fully autonomous, electric vehicles. In doing so, we're not just boosting productivity, but also making real headway in cutting carbon emissions and proving energy efficiency.

Five ESG Priorities, One Unified Vision

We've aligned our efforts around five major ESG themes:

  • Solutions impact: We've committed to doubling the number of commercial driverless services in 2025. Our electrical vehicles help reduce CO₂ emissions and eliminate tedious jobs, all while maintaining a strong track record of zero injury accidents linked to our tech.

  • Gender Balance: With a 2024 Gender Equity Index of 72/100, we aim to surpass 80 in 2025. Efforts include supporting parenting policies and flexible work arrangements that promote inclusivity at all levels.

  • Engaged Employees: 77% of EasyMilers participated in training last year, and 15.4% were recruited through referrals. In 2025, we'll expand coaching and internal mobility programs to ensure everyone has room to grow.

  • Sustainable Logistics: We've achieved an 80% drop in freight emissions since 2021 and moved <10% of freight by air. Another carbon audit is on the horizon to reinforce our roadmap.

  • Remote Operations: We're revising our maintenance strategy to perform more than half of interventions remotely. This not only slashes travel emissions but accelerates service for clients.

A Culture Rooted in Action

From employee-led green initiatives and bike repair workshops to sharing knowledge via Internal Technical Presentations, EasyMile's impact starts within. With an empowered CSR team and dedicated ESG budget, our approach remains dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative.
