EasyMile provides software and complete solutions for driverless goods and passenger transport.  It partners with blue-chip manufacturers to autonomize their vehicles. 

The company’s global clients list includes major public transport operators, industrial sites and airports, and ports.

They usethe EZ10 public transport solution, the most deployed autonomous shuttle in the world, the TractEasy is a tow-truck solution deployed at a growing number of large vehicle manufacturing plants in both Europe and North America, as well as at major international airports, or the port terminal tractor, EZTug, which automates horizontal container transport.  

EasyMile has deployed vehicles in over 400 locations around the world and is accelerating its commercialization.

Since its inception EasyMile has been part of an ecosystem. Therefore, our corporate responsibility must involve facing the environmental and social concerns related to the scale and impact of our business activities.

 

Creation of EasyMile

Gilbert Gagnaire & Philippe Ligier co-found EasyMile and open offices both in Toulouse, France and in Singapore

EZ10 hits the road

The EZ10 kicks off in style with no less than 6 driverless shuttles running at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne or EPFL). They carry 6,000 people around the campus with the CityMobil2 project.

Series A milestone

EasyMile wows investors in a successful Series A fundraising, using the funds to accelerate growth. It also benefits from these networks to increase global reach.

TractEasy born

Groupe PSA starts using the TractEasy autonomous tow tractor on its industrial site in Sochaux in real conditions carrying spare parts across indoors and outdoors to the assembly line.

Quality certified

EasyMile becomes the first autonomous vehicle technology provider to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system.

Fully driverless towing

In a world-first, TractEasy used for fully driverless autonomous towing in a live and busy environment at Narita Airport. 

€55 Million in Series B Round

EasyMile raises €55 million in a Series B funding round led by Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P., with McWin and NextStage AM. Earlier investors Alstom, Bpifrance and Continental also participate.

Fully driverless on public roads

An EZ10 will connect the car park to Toulouse's cancer centre in the first-ever Level 4 service on public roads.

EasyMile focusses efforts on what we do best - driverless technology, working with market leading suppliers and reknowned original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) like niche expert Ligier and leading ground support provider TLD, for vehicle structures.

We also benefit from investors who bring broad and deep expertise as well as money including tier one automotive technology supplier Continental, transportation giant Alstom and investment bank Bpifrance. They are joined by financial shareholders Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P., McWin and NextStage AM.
