Five ESG Priorities, One Unified Vision
We've aligned our efforts around five major ESG themes:

Solutions impact: We've committed to doubling the number of commercial driverless services in 2025. Our electrical vehicles help reduce CO₂ emissions and eliminate tedious jobs, all while maintaining a strong track record of zero injury accidents linked to our tech.

Gender Balance: With a 2024 Gender Equity Index of 72/100, we aim to surpass 80 in 2025. Efforts include supporting parenting policies and flexible work arrangements that promote inclusivity at all levels.

Engaged Employees: 77% of EasyMilers participated in training last year, and 15.4% were recruited through referrals. In 2025, we'll expand coaching and internal mobility programs to ensure everyone has room to grow.

Sustainable Logistics: We've achieved an 80% drop in freight emissions since 2021 and moved <10% of freight by air. Another carbon audit is on the horizon to reinforce our roadmap.

Remote Operations: We're revising our maintenance strategy to perform more than half of interventions remotely. This not only slashes travel emissions but accelerates service for clients.
